After conducting research, Capitaland took a proactive approach by placing 50 MESHIK technology in 2 out of 16 AHU air conditioning units within their facility. The installation was made to improve overall cooling efficiency and minimize energy savings.

The company projected a cooling load reduction between 10% to 30% following the implementation of MESHIK with the corresponding decrease in AHU energy consumption.

Over a period of 7 months after the CONTINEWM® installation, a reduction in cooling load between 10% and 16% was observed across both AHU units. which also led to a decrease in power consumption ranging from 18% to 51%. Step-by-step on how to install MESHIK in FCUs

1. Take out all the filter

• You may need to unscrew the filter racks with a screw driver or an allen key

2. Cut the Continewm nets to match the filter size

• You may cover several filter blocks so it’ll be easier to do and easier to remove when you’ll need to clean them

3. Place the Continewm nets securely

• Flip the filter rack to the side which is closer.

• Place the tailored-to-size CONTINEWM net on the filter rack side which is nearer to the cooling coils.

4. Secure the Continewm nets

• Secure the CONTINEWM net to the filter rack with cable ties, ensure that it is flat and hold firmly.

5. Put all the filter racks back in place.
